- The rates are in Euro (€) and included VAT.
- Participants registering under the undergraduate student and resident category are required to provide a valid and official student certificate during the registration process.
The registration fee includes;
- Participation to all scientific sessions,
- Printed materials (Bag, program and abstract book, name badge, mini program),
- Certificate of attendance,
- Lunch and beverage on June 10-11-12, 2027 days
- Afternoon coffee breaks with cookies on June 10, 2027 and morning and afternoon coffee breaks with cookies on June 11,12, 2027 days
- Opening ceremony dinner with beverages on June 10, 2027

- Any additional room nights will be added to the 3-night accommodation package.
The 3-Night Accommodation Package Includes:
- Three (3) nights’ accommodation in a standard room, per person.
- Daily open-buffet breakfast served at the hotel’s main restaurant.
- Service charges and VAT.
- No refunds will be provided in the event of a no-show.

The Mövenpick Hotel Trabzon and Axis Hotel Trabzon are 4-star hotels located in the Yalıncak district, close to Trabzon Airport and the Black Sea coastline.
Walking Distance to Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Trabzon (Congress Venue)
- Approximate Distance:150–250 metres
- Walking Time:Approximately 2–3 minutes
Both hotels are within easy walking distance of the congress venue, allowing delegates to reach Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Trabzon conveniently in just a few minutes on foot.
Confirmation, Cancellations and Refunds:
- Payments can be conducted either by bank transfer or credit card.
- All cancellations must be made by sending an e-mail to blackseaotology2027@serenas.com.tr
- If received by March 15, 2027 the payment will be refunded in full. As a matter of fact, while there would be full refund, there often are handling fee charged for processing the refund.
- Handling Fee: 50 € for per person (VAT is included) for each cancellation.
- If received between March 26, 2025 and April 10, 2027, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
- If received later than April 11, 2027, there will be no refund.
- All rates are subject to amendments without prior notice.
- Name change will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the Meeting

- Cancellation received after these dates is not a subject to any refund.
- All refunds, if any, will be processed after the Meeting.
Method of Payment For Registration and Accommodation Fees
Credit Card: Payments shall be made in Euro (€). No other currencies shall be accepted.
Payments can be made with credit cards (master card or visa) or through bank transfer.
AMEX and Diners credit cards are not accepted for on line and on-site registration.
Bank Transfer: Participants who pay their balance with a bank transfer are required to send the bank receipt copies to SERENAS Tourism via e-mail: blackseaotology2027@serenas.com.tr
