The 4th Black Sea Countires Otology Neurolotology Congress Scientific Committee warmly invites you to contribute your expertise and knowledge to the global ENT community. We encourage the submission of proposals in various formats, covering all areas of Otolaryngology, Neurology and Audilology. Submissions are welcome from basic scientists, ENT practitioners, and researchers alike.

Proposals are welcome for, Panels, Round Tables, Instructional Courses. All submissions will be reviewed by the subspecialty committees for potential inclusion in the scientific program.
